Event Brief

Experts have often attributed the failure of PBC to lack of clarity in contract requirements and performance measures, which is a common mistake in laying out a performance-based agreement. As a result, mismatch of expectations between buyers and service providers is often observed. This is due to the fact that many practitioners are still unsure on ways to set measurable yet effective performance indicators to measure vendors’ deliverables.

In view of this, PBC2011 promises to deliver a comprehensive and thorough guidance in PBC concepts, criteria for its successes, writing a good KPI, developing an effective PMF, among other important topics.
